Arrange your airport handover before travelling
For a late arrival at Haneda, contact CARBUCKS in advance with your flight number, arrival date, expected arrival time, passenger count and luggage details. Pickup times can be discussed around your plans. Haneda is a handover location; this service does not imply a walk-in CARBUCKS airport counter.
Late-night pickup requires advance arrangements and confirmation. Flexible timing does not mean that a car or member of staff is available immediately at every hour. Keep your email and contact number reachable so that our team can confirm the details with you.
The 12-hour booking window and additional fees
Please book at least 12 hours before your intended pickup wherever possible. A late-night handover surcharge applies. Requests made less than 12 hours before pickup also incur an additional service fee, subject to availability and staffing. If both circumstances apply, ask our team for the complete quote.
The exact charges and handover time are confirmed individually. If the booking form does not offer your required late-night time, contact us on WhatsApp or through the contact form. Please do not enter an incorrect daytime pickup time as a substitute.
Stay in contact when your flight arrives
Before departure, confirm your meeting instructions, contact method and quote. The actual meeting point is provided for your arrangement rather than assumed to be a fixed airport desk. After immigration and baggage collection, contact the team using the agreed instructions.
Tell us promptly about a flight delay, a longer arrival process or any change of plans. A revised pickup time and any resulting service charges need confirmation. The original handover time cannot automatically be guaranteed after a delay.
Choose a car for passengers and luggage
Compare compact cars for smaller parties and family vehicles such as the Noah, Serena or Alphard for larger groups. Seating capacity alone does not establish luggage capacity when all seats are occupied. Share suitcase sizes and numbers so that the team can help you choose.
